My360° — AI Coach Safety Protocol

My360°'s coach is an artificial intelligence. This page explains how it is designed to respond when a conversation touches safety. These safeguards are built into the app itself — not only into the coach's instructions — wherever a mistake would be unacceptable.
1. An AI, not a person
- The app tells you, before your first conversation and in our Terms, that your coach is an AI, not a person and not a clinician.
- My360° is for adults 18 and over. The app asks for your date of birth and does not continue for anyone under 18.
2. Thoughts of suicide or self-harm
When something you write suggests thoughts of suicide or of hurting yourself:
- The app recognises the signal and tells your coach to put your safety before everything else: to stop coaching, respond with care, ask whether you are safe right now, and encourage you to reach out.
- Your coach's reply always includes the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text, 24/7) and 911 for immediate danger. If a reply is missing them, the app adds them before you see or hear it.
- Your coach never discusses methods, never minimises what you feel, and does not steer the conversation back to habits.
- Any follow-up notification after that conversation is neutral and reveals nothing on your lock screen.
3. Abuse, coercion and children at risk
- If you describe being pressured, coerced, forced or abused, or feeling unsafe with a partner, your coach leaves the topic and moves to your safety. Its reply always includes 911, the National Domestic Violence Hotline (1-800-799-7233) and RAINN (1-800-656-4673).
- If a conversation suggests a child may be at risk, the reply always includes 911 and Childhelp (1-800-422-4453), and your coach will not engage with any sexual content involving minors.
4. Health and medical questions
- Your coach does not diagnose, treat or prescribe, and it never tells you that a supplement or medication is right or safe for you.
- When a conversation touches supplements, medication, test results, pain or symptoms, it shares general information only and recommends a qualified professional. The app checks for this and adds the recommendation when it is missing.
- For pain or bleeding with sex, erection difficulties, or a sudden change, it recommends a doctor — and notes when a symptom can be an early sign worth checking.
5. Sexual content
- Conversations about intimacy and sexuality are for adults, educational and non-explicit. The app checks every reply and removes vulgar or explicit language.
6. What My360° is not
My360° is not an emergency service, and no one monitors your conversations. In an emergency, call 988 or 911, or your local emergency number.
7. Contact
